My partner purchased a subscription but it says I need to purchase one as well.You do NOT need your own subscription if your partner already started a trial or purchased a subscription. You just need to restore the purchase on your device. To do this, simply open the app -> tap "Settings" -> tap "Manage Account" -> tap "Manage Subscription" -> tap "Restore Purchase".If you receive an error message or that does not work, you most likely created your own family instead of using the co-parent code that your partner should have shared with you. How do I request a refund?If you started a subscription via our website:Contact us at contact@joonapp.io and we'll process the refund for you ASAP :) Please make sure to include the email you used to sign up for Joon.If you started a subscription via Apple: In order to receive a refund, you must request it from Apple as they manage all refunds for apps on the App Store. To request a refund from Apple, use this link.Make sure to cancel your subscription first! Apple cannot issue you a refund with an active Joon subscription. What is your refund policy?We have a 30-day 100% money back guarantee. This guarantee goes into effect the first day that your trial ends and you convert into a paying user. Is there a free version of Joon?Yes there is!. You can access the premium version of Joon without starting a trial or entering your credit card information by simply hitting the “X” button on the paywall pop up. Just keep in mind that you can only verify up to 7 Quests a day on the free version before hitting the daily limit. If you find yourself consistently hitting the daily limit, then you can start a 7-day free trial to bypass this limit!
